What we collect
Account info (email), cycle and wellbeing data you log (period dates, mood, symptoms, water, protein, weight, goals), and optional birth details for astrology. We never sell your data.
How we use data
To personalize your cycle insights, daily guidance, menu and astrology, and to operate features like reminders, points and Premium.
Storage & security
Data is stored on secure infrastructure with row-level security so only you can access your records. Transmission is encrypted (HTTPS).
Your rights (GDPR)
You may access, export or delete your data at any time. EU users have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to object, restrict processing and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Account deletion
You can delete your account from Profile → Settings. All associated personal data will be removed.
